5. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments will be settled based on the services provided up to the termination date. If the client terminates the service before the end of a paid period, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and materials produced by KlixServices as part of our SEO services remain the intellectual property of KlixServices until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of these materials transfers to the client. However, KlixServices retains the right to use any non-confidential work for portfolio purposes.

KlixServices is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information or proprietary data shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing SEO services.
