  • Service Cancellation: If a client cancels their service before the agreed-upon term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) has been completed, they may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the service period.
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If KlixServices fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, the client may request a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the service delivered.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:

  2. Review Process: Upon receiving a refund request, KlixServices will review the request within 10 business days. We may request additional information or clarification during this time.
  3. Decision and Notification: KlixServices will notify the client of the refund decision via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days of the decision.

3. Prorated Refunds

For services that are canceled before the completion of the term, prorated refunds will be calculated based on the number of days the service was provided compared to the total number of days in the original service period.

4. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Completed Services: If the service period has been completed and the client did not express dissatisfaction during the service period, a refund will not be issued.
  • Unreasonable Requests: Refund requests based on unreasonable expectations, such as guaranteed SEO rankings or outcomes, will not be considered.
  • Breach of Client Responsibilities: If the client fails to fulfill their responsibilities (e.g., providing necessary access, timely responses) and this impacts service delivery, a refund may be denied.
